Senior PPC Specialist - 26062901
Drive ecommerce growth inside Google Ads: own Search, Shopping & PMax, fix feeds, boost ROAS, and turn data into client wins in a hands-on, high-impact PPC role.
Position Summary
We’re hiring a Senior PPC Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce clients where performance is measured by ROAS, revenue, and efficiency.
You will work hands-on inside Google Ads and Merchant Center, building and improving campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, while ensuring product feeds remain accurate, structured, and fully optimized for performance. This is a role for someone who is comfortable operating directly in accounts every day and turning platform work into clear, actionable insights for clients.
The role also carries a clear growth path into deeper client ownership and mentorship as you evolve within the team.
What You Will Own
• Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max for ecommerce clients
• Own and optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center, including disapprovals, attributes, and feed quality
• Diagnose and resolve feed issues using feed management tools (e.g. DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics)
• Continuously optimize performance through search term analysis, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and A/B testing
• Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and performance issues directly in-platform
• Present performance insights, results, and recommendations directly to clients
• Stay current with Google Ads updates and apply new features and automation where relevant
• Share learnings and best practices with the broader paid media team
Role Focus (What This Role Is)

• Solid understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, and Google Ads Editor
• Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously
