Our client is looking for a Creator Management Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of managing Gen Z creators, with a strong focus on TikTok and music content.
This is a highly operational role at the core of creator management. You’ll work closely with creators, manage pipelines, coordinate deals, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
Identify and source creators for music management opportunities
Build and manage a structured creator pipeline
Support day-to-day creator management operations
Keep creator statuses updated across internal systems
Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential creators
Lead onboarding calls and guide new creators through setup
Manage onboarding checklists and creator activation
Handle creator inboxes and daily communication
Manage inbound opportunities and ensure timely follow-up
Coordinate and negotiate brand + music opportunities
Identify relevant partnerships (brands, PR, events, gifting)
Track deal progress and ensure campaigns go live smoothly
Coordinate internally on invoicing and payments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal systems
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in creator management 2+ years
Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple workflows and priorities
Proactive mindset with strong follow-up habits
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong relationship-building skills with creators
Experience working with structured systems and processes
Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRMs, and task management tools
Near-native / C2 level English (written & spoken)
Confident and polished on live calls with creators
Nice to Have
Experience in influencer marketing or partnerships
Familiarity with tools like Airtable, CRMs, or project management platforms
Understanding of brand deals, PR, and creator monetization
