Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM PST (Full-time, 40 hrs/week)

We’re looking for a high-output, results-driven Sales Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced outbound environment.
This is not a basic appointment-setting role. You’ll play a critical part in driving revenue growth by connecting with restoration business owners and generating qualified demo opportunities for automation platform.

Compensation & Earnings
Base Salary: $2,000/month
Commission: $25 per Qualified Demo Show-Up
Monthly Quota: 20 Qualified Demo Show-Ups
Bonus: $250 for hitting quota
Top performers: 25–30 demos/month + strong commission potential
Growth path: Promotion opportunities into closing roles
What You’ll Do
Prospect restoration contractors and franchise operators
Conduct high-volume outbound calling
Qualify business owners and decision-makers
Book high-quality demo appointments
Work daily inside HubSpot and Hubstaff
Track performance and maintain activity standards
Daily Activity Targets:
100 outbound calls/day (≈20 calls/hour)
30 live conversations/day
3+ hours of talk time
2 demos booked per day
100% completion of HubSpot tasks
What We’re Looking For
Required
3+ years of outbound SaaS sales experience
Experience making 100+ calls per day
Clear, neutral-accent English
Confidence speaking with business owners
Strong resilience and comfort with rejection
What Success Looks Like
90-Day Ramp Plan
Month 1: 10 qualified demo show-ups
Month 2: 15 qualified demo show-ups
Month 3: 20 qualified demo show-ups (full quota)
By Month 3
Consistently booking 20–25 demos/month
Confident qualifying decision-makers
Comfortable with industry language
Working independently with minimal oversight
