Performance Marketing Manager - 26012301
Our client is a fast-growing, founder-led DTC jewelry brand generating 7-figure annual revenue primarily from organic traffic. The brand is highly visual, storytelling-driven, and deeply rooted in social media virality.
This is a high-ownership performance marketing role with a strong emphasis on creative strategy.
You will be responsible for turning organic content into scalable paid campaigns, working closely with our content creator and graphic designer, and leading paid growth across Meta and Google Ads.
We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, move fast, and scale without constant hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Acquisition & Scaling
Own and scale paid media across Meta and Google Ads (non-negotiable)
Translate organic and viral content into high-performing paid campaigns
Launch, test, iterate, and scale campaigns with clear hypotheses and roadmaps
Manage and scale budgets starting from $20K+/month, based on performance
Drive profitable growth with clear revenue impact
Creative Strategy (Core Focus)
Define what creatives to test and why (hooks, angles, formats, storytelling)
Analyze creative performance and turn data into actionable insights
Build structured creative briefs for:
Content creator (UGC, on-camera storytelling)
Graphic designer (statics, video edits, AI-enhanced visuals)
Connect emotional storytelling and aesthetic consistency to performance metrics
Turn data into creative hypotheses (why a narrative works, how to adapt it, how to refresh evergreen ads)
Stay on top of UGC and short-form video trends (Reels, TikTok, scroll-stopping content)
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with:
In-house content creator (NY-based, product access)
Graphic designer / video editor
Provide clear, actionable creative feedback
Proactively bring new ideas, angles, and growth opportunities
Operate independently without daily step-by-step guidance
Must-Have Experience:
Proven hands-on experience scaling 7-figure DTC brands (or from early 7 figures to multi-7 figures) via Meta and Google
Experience navigating the 7-figure bottleneck (plateauing ads, attribution issues, retention gaps)
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (both required)
Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks for DTC brands
Experience in fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, or women-focused consumer brands
Ability to tie creative performance directly to revenue and scaling decisions
Hands-on strategist and operator obsessed with testing, details, and iteration
Strong Plus
TikTok Ads experience
Experience working with organic-first brands and scaling paid on top of organic traction

Work Setup & Logistics:
Location: Remote (anywhere in the world)
Time overlap: 6 hours overlap with US Eastern Time
