Enterprise Account Executive - 26012001
Our client is a US-based SaaS company that helps multi-location service businesses get paid faster by automating accounts receivable and collections.
The platform gives corporate leadership real-time visibility into invoicing, open invoices, and AR performance across multiple locations — improving cash flow and financial control at scale.
They are entering an enterprise growth phase and are building our first dedicated outbound enterprise sales role.
Role Overview
This is an outbound, phone-first sales role focused on engaging corporate leadership at multi-location service organizations.
You will not be selling a traditional contract upfront.
Instead, your core responsibility is to:
Open doors with executive decision-makers
Run demos
Secure 60-day free pilot programs
Your success is measured by pilot programs launched, not aggressive closing.
You will work closely with the founder and leadership team and help scale a proven outbound motion.
What You’ll Be Doing
Outbound & Enterprise Outreach
Prospect corporate offices of multi-location service businesses
Identify and engage:
Finance leaders
Operations leaders
Executive stakeholders
Make high-volume outbound calls daily
Book and lead discovery calls and demos
Pilot Program Ownership
Pitch and launch 60-day free pilot programs
Clearly communicate business value:
Faster collections
Improved cash flow
Centralized financial visibility
Coordinate pilot setup internally
Manage relationships until pilots officially begin
Sales Execution
Lead demos focused on outcomes (not features)
Persuade decision-makers to test the platform
Track all activity in HubSpot
Follow a defined sales system (not building from scratch)
Daily & Weekly Expectations
20–30 outbound calls per day (non-negotiable)
Phone-first outreach (emails are secondary)
Consistent demo scheduling and follow-up
US business hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST
Fully remote
Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years experience as:
Account Executive
Enterprise AE
Strategic AE
Senior SDR with demo ownership
Strong outbound sales background
Comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders
Clear, confident English (near-native required)
Confident making calls daily
Experience with SaaS, fintech, payments, or accounting software
What This Role Is NOT
Not a pure closing role
Not inbound-only
Not email-first
Not customer success
This role is for someone who likes outbound calls and executive conversations.
Compensation
Base Salary + Commission
$2,000 bonus per pilot launched (paid even if it doesn’t convert)
25% of first-month revenue for locations that convert after the pilot
Example:
50 locations × $195/month = $9,750
25% commission = $2,437
Pilot bonus = $2,000
Total payout: ~$4,400 per pilot
