Senior PPC Growth Strategist (Google & Bing) - 25111101
Our client is a fast-scaling DTC brand in the Health & Beauty / Personal Care space searching for a top-tier performance marketer to own and scale Google Ads and Bing Ads channels.
This is a role for a proven operator—not a manager. You will work directly with a high-performing internal growth team (creatives, devs, copywriters, strategists) to aggressively scale acquisition while maintaining profitability.
We are looking for someone who understands how to turn cold traffic into buyers through advertorials, listicles, and comparison funnels—and who has scaled similar funnels at volume.
What You Will Do:
Lead, manage, and scale our Google Ads & Bing Ads accounts end-to-end.
Build and scale campaigns that drive traffic to high-intent presell pages (advertorials, listicles, comparison articles).
Own and optimize PMax & Shopping campaigns, including feed structure, asset testing, and CTR/CVR improvements on PDPs.
Develop and scale TOF YouTube (Demand Gen) campaigns to create and capture new demand.
Monitor competitors continuously—ads, funnels, offers—and adjust strategy to win the top spots.
Work closely with:
Creative team: to brief new angles, ad concepts, storylines.
Dev team: to update landing pages, tracking setup, and funnel logic.
Other growth leads: to align learnings across platforms and maximize blended performance.
Analyze performance daily, manage budgets, and report outcomes with precision (MER, ROAS, CPA, LTV impact).
Who You Are:
5+ years running Google Ads at scale for DTC e-commerce brands.
Have successfully scaled brands using advertorial / comparison / presell funnels.
Expert-level mastery of Performance Max, Shopping, Search TOF structures, and feed optimization.
Comfortable explaining funnel logic, attribution reasoning, and performance decisions clearly.
Highly proactive, hands-on, detail-oriented operator. You live in the account.
Strong understanding of GA4, tracking, and multi-touch attribution.
Preferred: Proven success scaling TOF YouTube (Demand Gen).
Bonus: Experience in Personal Care, Beauty, Supplements, or related categories.
