Talent Manager - 25090201
Our client manages and scales short-form creators across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat — with expansion into long-form content. They operate like a revenue team: fast, data-driven, and relationship-obsessed.
They’re looking for a senior, relationship-led Talent Manager to own a roster of creators, drive brand revenue, and grow long-term partnerships. You’ll be the bridge between creators and brands, shaping strategy, structuring deals, and ensuring campaigns deliver real impact.
This is a role for someone who’s already proven they can originate, negotiate, and close brand deals in the creator economy — and who thrives on building repeat business.
What You’ll Do
Deal Origination & Pipeline: Proactively pitch creators to brands/agencies, convert inbound interest, and maintain a healthy pipeline to hit revenue targets.
Negotiation & Contracting: Structure and price deals; negotiate terms (usage, exclusivity, whitelisting/paid social rights, FTC/ASA compliance); coordinate SOWs with legal.
Account & Relationship Management: Build repeat business and long-term partnerships through retainers and ambassador programs.
Creator Strategy: Guide creators on positioning, media kits, verticals, and content approaches to increase close rates and deal size.
Forecasting & Reporting: Own weekly revenue forecasts; track KPIs like win rate, deal size, time-to-close, and renewal rate.
Cross-Functional: Partner with campaign ops on deliverables, approvals, and reporting.
Roster Development: Identify and sign high-potential creators aligned with our vision.
