Head of Marketing - 25091201
Join our client as their first Growth Marketing Manager! Perfect for a self-starter ready to shape strategy, own performance metrics, and scale an early-stage start-up from the ground up.
Position Summary
Our client is a venture-backed auction platform startup founded by a proven entrepreneur who previously exited a company for over $1B. With more than two years of development completed and a strong global team of engineers and designers in place, the company is preparing for a soft launch in Q1 2026, beginning in the Pokémon TCG market, with plans to expand into additional verticals.
They are seeking a Head of Marketing to own and lead the marketing function end to end. This is a senior, high-impact role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, covering go-to-market planning, outreach, seller acquisition, social media, performance marketing, and revenue support.
The role is fully remote, with candidates required to be US-based and primarily available on Eastern Time to collaborate with leadership. Working hours are flexible; however, as the company approaches key launch milestones, the role will require occasional weekend availability. This is not a constant expectation, but flexibility during critical launch periods is essential.
