Position Summary
We are seeking a Marketing and Product Development Specialist with strong expertise in HubSpot, Smartsheet, and WordPress. This is a mid-level role requiring 3+ years of experience in both B2B and consumer marketing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and able to build scalable systems that support marketing campaigns and product development initiatives.
This role is full-time, remote, and aligned to Pacific Standard Time (8am–5pm) with some flexibility for Central/Mountain time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows, dashboards, and reports in Smartsheet
- Develop and implement CRM workflows, lead funnels, and automation in HubSpot
- Manage and update WordPress websites, including plugins, content structure, and SEO support
- Support product development initiatives, turning business requirements into technical solutions
- Execute marketing campaigns including emails, landing pages, and lead-tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product, marketing, and operational goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing operations, product development, or related role
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet (automations, dashboards, Control Center, reporting)
- Strong HubSpot expertise (CRM, workflows, automation, reporting)
- Hands-on WordPress experience (content management, plugins, light customization)
- Proven track record in both B2B and consumer marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to design scalable systems and solutions
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP for deeper WordPress customization
- Background in SaaS or technology-enabled industries
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred for Latin America-based candidates
