Our client is a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand in the health & wellness space, trusted by thousands of customers worldwide. Paid media is one of our biggest growth drivers — and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to spearhead the creative direction behind our campaigns.

What You’ll Do
Lead the creative vision for paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and new platforms.
Produce scroll-stopping creative briefs that define hooks, emotional triggers, and testable concepts.
Collaborate with our creative and media buying teams to deliver ad content at scale.
Build and manage iterative creative testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate), analysing performance to refine and improve CTR, ROAS, CPA.
Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural trends, and creative best practices.
Present insights and creative performance reports to stakeholders regularly.
Ensure all creative aligns with brand values and drives measurable results.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in creative strategy for paid media within e-commerce/DTC.
Hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, and other paid media channels.
A strong portfolio of successful paid campaigns (beauty, cosmetics, or wellness a plus).
Ability to translate data into creative direction — and creative vision into measurable impact.
Skilled at briefing, testing, and optimising creative at scale.
Strong communication, organisation, and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
Bonus: Experience with YouTube, Snap, Google Ads, or DV360.
