What You’ll Do:
- Strategically manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to maximize ROAS
- Upload, test, and scale ads while adjusting budgets based on real-time performance
- Analyze and report daily performance metrics, track MoM trends, and maintain the P&L
- Evaluate ad creative performance and provide actionable insights to the creative team
- Work closely with the creative strategist to refine ad angles and messaging
- Stay up to date with platform updates but prioritize creative over media buying hacks
Who You Are:
- Proven experience running Meta ads for DTC eCommerce brands using Triple Whale
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented—you break down numbers into clear, actionable strategies
- Strong communication skills—able to translate data into creative recommendations
- Fast executor, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (including occasional weekends)
- Basic understanding of creative strategy—no need to design, but you should know what converts
- Humble and coachable—willing to learn our system and gradually take ownership of media buying decisions
- Not focused on "hacks"—you understand that success comes from data-driven creative strategy
Bonus Points:
- Experience running ads on Google, TikTok, Snapchat, or AppLovin
- Worked with DTC health & wellness eCommerce brands
- Ability to write compelling direct response ad copy
