Position Summary
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Automation Architect to craft, implement, and lead cutting-edge automation systems that supercharge efficiency and unlock powerful insights. If you’re a whiz at RPA (Robotic Process Automation), system integrations, and creating impactful dashboards, this role is for you! Beyond technical expertise, we’re looking for a natural leader who can manage resources with finesse and drive complex projects to success. Let’s build smarter systems together!
Key Responsibilities
Automation & System Integration
- Design and implement automation frameworks connecting platforms like HubSpot, ClickUp, PandaDoc, and QuickBooks.
- Leverage RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and low-code platforms (Zapier, Make) for workflow automation.
- Build scalable, error-resistant automation pipelines.
Data Management & Dashboards
- Centralize data for consistent and streamlined access.
- Develop interactive dashboards with tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Implement predictive analytics to drive informed decision-making.
Process Optimization
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Develop modular solutions adaptable to organizational growth.
Documentation & Governance
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for workflows and processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) through governance standards.
Leadership & Strategy
- Manage cross-functional projects and align automation efforts with organizational goals.
- Lead and grow teams as needed to support scaling initiatives.
- Research emerging technologies to continuously improve automation strategies.
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in system integrations, RPA development, and data management.
- Proficiency in tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zapier, Make, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and programming (Python, JavaScript).
- Expertise in process optimization and RPA design for repetitive tasks.
- Outstanding documentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience in delivering large-scale projects
Nice to have
- Database management and data migration experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS-based automation tools.
- Certifications in RPA platforms or automation tools.
- Experience establishing governance standards for automation projects.
