Key Responsibilities:

Creative Development for Social Ads:
Take the lead in developing creative concepts for TikTok and Meta ads, including writing scripts for UGC content creators, ad videos, and images. Your ideas will fuel our ad campaigns across industries like fashion, health, and beauty. -
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research, analyze competitor strategies, and continuously develop fresh marketing angles to help our brands stand out in crowded markets. -
Collaborative Execution:
Work closely with our in-house editing team to ensure your creative ideas are executed flawlessly. Oversee revisions and ensure that final content aligns with both performance and brand goals. -
Direct Response Copywriting Expertise:
Write high-converting copy for social media platforms, with a proven record of delivering measurable results through ad campaigns. -
Ad Framework Proficiency:
Utilize proven frameworks like AIDA and PAS to optimize ads across various formats, ensuring maximum impact on target audiences.
What We're Looking For:

E-commerce Experience:
Previous experience with e-commerce brands is essential, ideally in industries such as fashion, health, or beauty. You should be comfortable crafting content that drives engagement and conversions. -
Funnel & Market Awareness Expertise:
A deep understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer awareness stages, and how to adjust messaging to fit each phase of the customer journey. -
Collaborative & Detail-Oriented:
Must have experience working with creative teams, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring high-quality outputs that align with brand vision. -
Strong Work Ethic & Commitment:

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, direct response copywriting, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated success with e-commerce campaigns, especially on TikTok and Meta.
