Responsibilities: As a key player in our growth journey, you will:

• 📈 Grow customer acquisition to a 7-figure monthly run rate at first-order breakeven.
• 💡 Develop and leverage high-performing English assets for the French market.
• 🎨 Create French-specific creative assets, collaborating with copywriters and designers.
• 🌐 Develop a complete local strategy for the French market, including last-mile fulfillment and cross-channel marketing campaigns.

Requirements: You're the perfect fit if you bring:

• ✨ 3 to 5 years of DTC media buying experience, with a bonus for health & wellness or beauty brands.
• 📊 Strong analytical and project management skills.
• 📝 Direct response copywriting and persuasion principles experience.
• 💰 Proficient media buying skills with a proven track record of scaling ad budgets profitably.
• 🔄 Ability to coordinate and manage projects seamlessly.
• 🌐 Interest in creative performance, persuasion, and general marketing skills.

Work Arrangement: Join us in a full-time remote position, Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule. Coordinate with the team for at least 2 hours a day in the SGT time zone (GMT+8).
