Our client a fast growing jewelry brand with a focus on high-quality, authentic gemstone jewelry and accessories is seeking an experienced Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager to join the remote team and drive affiliate marketing initiatives. 

This role will play a pivotal role in expanding our affiliate network, increasing brand exposure, and boosting revenue through influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify potential affiliate marketers and influencers
• Negotiate collaboration terms, compensation, and deliverables with influencers and affiliates.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase top-line revenue through affiliate marketing
• Collaborate with influencers to guide content development that resonates with our target audience
• Develop content strategy, schedules
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers and affiliates to establish successful partnerships.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track ROI, and identify profitability.
• Utilize platforms such as ShareASale, LTK, TikTok, and YouTube to discover suitable partners.
• Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize affiliate marketing strategies
• Drive engagement with our affiliate program, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals 

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms (ShareASale)
• Experience working with influencers
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent project management skills
• Growth mindset, open to feedback and adaptable to changing strategies
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and negotiation.
• Experience in the jewelry or fashion industry is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
